Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 11, 2026

Welcome to Site Foundry. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. About Site Foundry

Site Foundry is a digital solutions company specializing in website design, website development, managed hosting, cloud hosting, website maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), website security, membership platforms, business directories, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), employee portals, education and training portals, donation and crowdfunding platforms, and ongoing website support.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of Site Foundry.

3. Our Services

Site Foundry provides professional digital services including website design, website development, cloud hosting, maintenance, SEO, website security, membership websites, business directories, job boards, applicant tracking systems, employee portals, education platforms, donation systems, and technical support.

The scope of every project, including deliverables, pricing, timelines, and any additional requirements, will be agreed upon before development begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver successful projects, clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, branding assets, logos, written content, images, and any other materials required for development.

Clients are also expected to review submitted work and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in communication or content delivery may affect the overall project schedule.

Any content supplied to Site Foundry must either belong to the client or be properly licensed for use.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope of work. While we always strive to deliver projects on schedule, timelines may change if additional features are requested, project requirements change, client feedback is delayed, or unforeseen technical issues occur.

Whenever possible, we will communicate any changes and keep you informed throughout the project.

6. Pricing & Payments

All pricing is provided through individual quotations or project proposals.

Website development, hosting, maintenance, and other recurring services are billed according to the agreed payment schedule. Any additional work requested outside the original project scope may require a separate quotation and additional fees.

Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeframe may result in delays, suspension of services, or temporary suspension of hosted websites until the account is brought up to date.

7. Revisions & Additional Work

Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with the final result. Reasonable revisions that fall within the agreed project scope are included during the development process.

Requests for new features, major design changes, or functionality outside the original agreement may require additional development time and a revised quotation.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed custom website and approved project deliverables transfers to the client.

Site Foundry retains ownership of its internal development methods, reusable frameworks, templates, documentation, and proprietary workflows. Any third-party themes, plugins, software, or licensed resources remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

9. Website Hosting

Clients using Site Foundry hosting services agree to use our servers responsibly and legally.

Hosting services must not be used to distribute malware, spam, illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, or any activity that could negatively impact server performance or security.

Routine maintenance may occasionally require brief service interruptions to maintain platform stability and security.

10. Website Security

Site Foundry follows industry best practices by implementing SSL certificates, firewall protection, malware monitoring, security updates, automated backups, and continuous monitoring.

While we work hard to maintain a secure environment, no website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely immune from security threats. Clients are encouraged to maintain secure passwords and follow recommended security practices.

11. Third-Party Services

Many projects rely on trusted third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, APIs, software plugins, cloud services, and analytics platforms.

Site Foundry is not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, discontinued features, or policy updates made by these third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

Site Foundry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of revenue, business interruption, data loss, or third-party service failures.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific project or service will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that particular service.

13. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project or recurring service by providing reasonable written notice, subject to any agreed contractual obligations.

Site Foundry reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases involving non-payment, illegal activity, misuse of services, abuse of our staff, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
