Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
At Site Foundry, we are committed to providing high-quality digital solutions and maintaining transparent business practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service terminations are handled for our website development, hosting, maintenance, and other digital services.
By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Project Deposits
To reserve development time and begin work, a deposit or initial payment may be required before a project starts.
Because project planning, research, and development begin immediately after payment is received, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Website Development Services
Website development is a custom service created specifically for each client.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are generally not available once:
- Project planning has begun
- Design work has started
- Development has commenced
- Deliverables have been submitted
- The website has been approved or launched
If a project is cancelled before development begins, Site Foundry may issue a partial refund after deducting any costs already incurred.
3. Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project at any time by providing written notice.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client will be responsible for payment for all completed work, hours invested, and services already delivered up to the cancellation date.
Any remaining unpaid balance for completed work must be settled before project files are released.
4. Hosting Services
Monthly hosting services are billed in advance.
Because hosting resources are allocated immediately, monthly hosting payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Clients may cancel their hosting service before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
5. Website Maintenance Plans
Website maintenance plans may be cancelled at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for maintenance services that have already been performed during the current billing period.
6. Subscription & Recurring Services
Recurring services such as website maintenance, hosting, security monitoring, technical support, or other monthly plans will continue until cancelled.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date to prevent future charges.
7. Third-Party Products & Licenses
Some projects include third-party software, plugins, themes, APIs, cloud services, or commercial licenses.
These products are governed by their own licensing agreements and are non-refundable once purchased on behalf of the client.
8. Client Delays
If a project is delayed because required content, approvals, or feedback are not provided by the client, the project may be placed on hold.
Extended delays may require the project to be rescheduled depending on our development schedule.
Any completed work performed before the delay remains billable.
9. Dissatisfaction with Services
Client satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact our team immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to understand your concerns and work toward a fair and practical resolution.
10. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances where Site Foundry determines that a refund is appropriate. Any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
11. Policy Updates
Site Foundry reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated effective date.
12. Contact Us
